I don't think any cr2 batteries are protected, not sure.
When you buy at dealextreme.com if you buy in quantity, you'll get a nice discount, but you have to put BULKRATE in the coupon code field.
I forgot to do that the first time I bought, it's not automatically done for you.
The cr2 batteries at dealextreme.com are 3.0 volts, 800 mAh.

The only CR2 rechargeable battery's DX sells are not lith-ion there are actually lifepo4's. People would assume by the green wrapping that they are Lith-Ion's but it doesn't say anything in the title, Not sure why they don't state that in the description.

I bought some cr2s from deal xtrem is it ok to leave them on your charger all night are Im I going to blow them up or hurt my charger if any body can let me know It would be thankful.
If you pay the $1.70 shipping at dealextreme.com (which you have to do when you use the coupon code BULKRATE) you'll get them in a week or so.
I have left mine in the charger overnight.
So far no problemos.

This may confuse the OP as he asked for cr2 batteries, not cr123A batteries.
same place-ultra-fire -880 mah, protected, rcr-123a-- 4 bux . but these are pushing 3.6 volts. don't know if thats good
Those dealextreme batteries are excellent! I have been using them since January, I've bought 6 sets of 2 batteries and 2 chargers. One for home, one for work, spare set of batteries in the car at all times. I've had them on charge overnight, no problems, had my mods accidentally switched on for 10 seconds or more, no problems.
No confusion here, been around batteries enough. Just folks trying to help out. Thanks a bunch.
