Cracker sauce!

Ive was never one for tank cracking juice but that has recently changed. I know some juice crackers will crack and or eat away at the hard plastic on tanks but will the plastic bottle and tube in a reo get effected? Some hardcore juice comes in a glass bottle for this reason. supposedly. Any tips or advice?

I use a strong corrosive cinnamon juice with zero issues with the plastic bottle but the orings can swell and pop out.

I vape a fierce cinnamon juice that will crack or melt tanks. It does not seem to affect the Reo tubes or bottle, but over a period of time (a few months perhaps) it will destroy the o-ring in the juice bottle cap. The o-ring will swell and it's a lot of messing about trying to get it to fit again

At that point i just replace the o-ring, but you could just as easily dispense with the o-ring completely and just drill a (i want to say 11/64", but i may be wrong) hole in a bottle cap and just feed the tube thru that (search for 'bottle mod' in this forum).

Trunker's solution is the best but not a option for me due to my arthritis. Xpuppy turned me onto a cap with a wider ledge for the oring (on the right) an now the swollen oring stays put.

Yeah, considering that most juice comes in a similar bottle to what is in a reo I never questioned that a juice would erode away at the plastic bottles.. until I read a description that a juice maker would only ship juice in a glass bottle for this very reason. This juice: its not one im interested in, but it just got me wondering since I will be purchasing some "tank crackers"
