Crackling, Bubbling - Flooded?

This is only my 2nd day of usage so I think that might be why I am only getting about half of the vapour I see on videos. I do drop directly on the atomizer and fill the carts frequently. There is a crackling/bubbling noise (moreso right after dripping) when I hit it, possibly flooded ? I find myself vaping on a constant basis to try and dwindle my urge for a cigarette lol, any others new to vaping find themself doing it obsessively?

Also, anyone have any idea why it says I do not have sufficient privaledges to post in the majority of the forums? Such as general e-cig discussion and laws?

Abram-first of all welcome. In answer to your question. it's because you are new. Keep posting and you will have more privileges.

In answer to your 1st question, there is a break in period on some atomizers. Be patient. And yes when I first started I vaped a lot too. I think it was because with an analog there is an end point to it. With vaping there isn't. It doesn't end up in a pile of ashes in the ashtray. Just pace yourself. It will get better, I promise.

depending on your model... the crackling is good, means your unit is effectively vaporizing. the bubbling is more likely flooding, try a bit less so you dont damage anything. and yes most of us fight urges, and if your urges are strong, you may want to wean yourself off the cigs over time, so you dont overdose on nic trying to fulfill some urges that the e-cig cant fulfill. i have had some severe withdrawal and overdose symptoms, and they can be pretty scary.

Welcome to the forum Abram J. Idahojo is right about the break in period. I also discovered that if I pull the stuffing up to the top of the cart after topping it seemed to draw better. Also I let the atomiser drain at night and try to blow it dry a couple of times throughout the day when it's cooled down.

Yes! That's what I finally figured out. It helps. I've been vaping just one day, and am experiencing the same thing. But above does help alot. I've also found there is a very fine line between too much & too little ejuice!

I also added lorann flavoring which gives me the throat kick. Which for some reason psychologically makes me feel like I'm getting the nicotine buzz.

Interesting, where can I get this lorann flavoring? The lack of a throat hit is what really urks gets me.. I seem to only a get a good throat hit 2-3 hits after I drip and the end..

Craft stores are a good place to try, or you can buy online.

If you want big throat hit something like a Screwdriver or a Dura-C might suit you. They have a manual button to control the atomiser so you aren't playing games with an automatic switch. I have a Dura-C and it's the only e-cig I've used which can produce more vapour than I can handle.

Abram you can also try a higher nic content. I was a heavy analog and started with the 24mg. It was ok but sometimes I found myself wanting more, especially when I was really stopping the analogs. I had gotten a bottle of 36mg and tried it. It about blew the top of my head off the first few times. I had to cut it with glycerin. Then I just started using it straight with a drop or 2 at a time when I was really craving an analog. It really helped me thru the rough patches. I still use it for that reason. Also you might try cutting in a little glycerin with your juice. Really helps with the vapor. You can get it at craft stores and Walmart. Wilton's glycerin.
