I have a Riva 510 with Boge 2.0 cartos. I just bought some yummy juices from Liberty FLights but have noticed that when I take a hit, I get a slight crackling noise..... is the crackling noise when you take a hit normal?? I'm assuming it is? When the mild crackling noise during a hit is not present, it usually seems to mean it's under-filled. It IS better to over-fill than under-fill, correct?

The crackling noise is the liquid "boiling" inside the cartridge - it's not a big deal unless it's spitting hot juice into your mouth and on your tongue - that can hurt.

And with the Boge cartos, overfilling and underfilling are both bad, but for different reasons. Underfilling leads to burned filler and bad taste. Overfilling leads to clogged coils, bad taste and poor vapor/flavor. You want to find the filling sweet spot. For me that means filling slowly, a drop at a time, until the filler is just wet-looking, but juice isn't going down the tube in the center.
