Crackling Question

Hi all! So I've been vaping for a few months, at first I loved to hear my liquids crackle upon firing my device! However, since then, and running through several replaceable coil heads I wonder. I can run my device at a low enough voltage that the coil no longer crackles, but delivers a satisfying vape. I would really love to see a debate regarding over heated liquid, which I imagine produces the crackle, compared to using a voltage, which I equate with temperature, that doesn't crackle, but delivers a satisfying vape. Please anyone with knowledge of heat, voltage, and satisfaction weigh in. Regardless of your experience, I would ask for your take on this matter! Thank you! What do you prefer?
