How is it that a company that has gone above and beyond so many times can continue to wow me and provide customer service that exceeds expectation still. This month I absolutely hated the Fauxstess Cupcake e-juice. I posted about it on here as a quick first impression of my juices. Needless to say, CV read my post and Roxy was quick to e-mail me and ask if I wanted anything else in exchange for that juice. Well that's pretty much par for the course. That makes me say wow, these guys are so great. I thought about it and decided to ask for the CRFT Strawberry Blond, since there had been so much discussion on this and I was intrigued by what a few said about being more of a strawberry shortcake flavor. I e-mailed Roxy back on Friday, and late on Friday got a shipping notice from them. So wow, she sent it out that very day. So far, still not surprised, this is typical CV customer service at its best. Monday is where things got to the OMG seriously, point. My replacement juice came Monday. I'm not kidding. Then, instead of a mailer bag, I got a box, just like my usual monthly box, and in it was the CRFT, a card for it, a lovely note from Roxy, more M&Ms and...another tester!!!! It was like getting my box all over again. I was floored. I expect only the best from them, and then they go and blow me away all over again. Thank you Roxy!! Thank you CV for creating an environment that is all about making your customers happy. Who else would do this? No one, I think.
Now, I haven't had a chance to try the SB but it smells fantastic, really fresh, ripe, plump succulent, strawberry smell and I can't wait to try it but I have to do it justice, which means setting up a good dripper or one of my Nautilus tanks to really get the full effect.
The other tester I got was Blackbird v2 - for some reason in my head I kept thinking this was a blackberry vape. huh, not sure why I did that. So when I smelled it, I though, wow this smells just like my favorite black CURRANT iced tea. I read the label and, oh, yeah, it IS black currant, not blackberry. Can't smell any kiwi or quince, but again, I haven't tried vaping it yet. I only hope it tastes as good as it smells. This could be a fruit flavor that really works for me. I'm picky about fruit flavors and this one smells amazing.
