Coelli, I love this story! What a great thing to know that they are also advocates for us vapors and not just in it for the bucks. It makes you want to support them. Matt was the one I spoke to on the phone and he couldn't have been nicer. I hope folks read this thread and get interested in this service. With juice companies and curation services popping up left and right, it's the human element and customer service that will ultimately make the difference.

Absolutely, catmomma, I am not affiliated with them at all (other than giving them my money, lol) but I love to support companies that value their customers. I wish more were like that!

Their customer service is nothing short of incredible! They sent me a box of 0mg juices and I thought I had selected 6mg but regardless if it was my mistake they responded to my email in an instant and had another box (free of charge) coming to me the very next day. It shipped on Saturday and is arriving here in TN from Cali tomorrow!!! Draco Orange smells like heaven in the 0mg bottle and I cant wait to give it a proper vape!

great to hear they were at the rally and coelli meeting them in person-what a story-and cool that Coelli went to to fight the bs in LA too! lot's of good vibes and actions here coming from the cv crew-and hey-the 50% off for new members is fantastic-thanks for sharing that too-I am sorry, I only knew of the 33% one-sounds like ya'll are getting some GREAT savings this way instead-loving the selection they sent this month-almost done my snicklefritz-a nice fruity refreshing strawberry-kiwi-watermelon blend that brightens my taste buds from the custards I frequently vape-now moving onto cb4-damn it's good-I didn't expect to like it cause the citrus thing-but it's really, really good-it tasted muted on a stock protank head, but since I switched to a rebuilt coil, the taste is coming through and is delicious!

Nice, I really want to try the CB4. It's one of the juices I asked for when I called. Matt said he would do his best to get it for me and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I could of course just order some, but where would be the fun in that?

Yeah, CB4 is awesome, unfortunately I bought it in 0 so now I mix it with stuff that has nicotine but it is great on its own.

Here's the thing. If you don't like your selection, or if you decide you don't want a specific flavor again. It's just a matter of contacting them and giving feedback. They appreciate this. I'd say they even encourage this. You can tweak your profile til your heart's content.
