Interestingly... If i go to each section independently using the drop down, it has my info, except for credit card. However, subscription say not a subscriber, and when you progress it shows what i mentioned earlier, and requires i input my shipping address, even though the address is already stored.

Edit.. I filled in my credit card info, and saved it... But when i go back, it is blank. Hmmm.

They are working on the bugs, kind of expected when launching a new website. I was able to modify my flavor profile and rate the flavors I had before. Was only able to put on a lock on current bottles I wanted again and I couldn't lock any of the older ones. The monthly break down also repeated August 2014 and some of the bottle entries were duplicated several times. I didn't try changing my subscription so no comment there. I also noticed my credit card info was blank so I put it in and saved it. Came back blank but its definitely in the system. I was charged for this months box, woot!

I was looking at the testimonials and saw some of our quotes on there, that was cool :2cool: No store yet but looks to be around the corner. One thing I didn't like about the new website is that I wanted to look at the brand offerings that they have and it was clunky. Having to sit there watching different brands fade with random ones taking its place to see what they have. I'd love to see something I can quickly look at. Even better is what flavors they carry of the brands they have would be awesome!

There's a new flavor category "creams, custards and vanillas".

Also double check your flavor profile. tobacco was no longer listed as a "yuck" for me.

Thanks for pointing that out. Custards are a favorite of mine... I totally didn't see the option lol. I'd hate to miss out on them.

I had pretty much the same experience you guys did. Had to confirm my account, got an email, etc. All my info was there, but in the section with "my juices" I only had four from months ago, nothing recent. I could rate and lock, and I did so. I'm also so happy they have the custard/vanilla category now. I actually un-YUMmed bakery for the first time since I started this. I'm a wee bit nervous about it, but we will see. All in all so far so good. The bugs and kinks will get worked quickly, I'm sure.

I have a history of not being able to get emails from them, I get the receipt of purchase when they charge me for a box and I get the tracking email. Nothing else works. Sent them a message on facebook about it, I'm sure they'll get back to me sunday. Once I get access again I'll probably change my email over to a more reliable account.

I tried to log in but it said I needed to verify my email a and when I went to do that I couldn't. So I emailed CV directly from the site nd hopefully will hear back from them soon. I didn't get an email about being charged this month for my box so I am hoping with the new website changes I don't get lost in the shuffle I would be really bummed. I will make sure though I get my box this month though one way or another. I was thinking about dropping again back down to 2 bottles since I have so many in my drawer but I think I am going to have to save that for next month. Oh well 3 bottles of yumminess will be fine with me.

This is way OT , but has anyone heard what's going on with lbjsco? No fb or ig in 7 weeks now and ppl are hot saying July orders haven't gone out :(
Please don't tell me my lovely port lb is going away for good..I'm trying not to panic!!

Wow, went on fb, not sure what is going on there either....weird....similar thing recently with zen mind vapor too....??????

Same situation here, and I can shed light on this, as I run my own server. All of this has been sent to CV on Friday. I even told them how to fix it.

My mail server spits out this:

In other words, if I am interpreting this correctly, they are attempting to send email from a non-existent location (mg.craftvapery.com), and my email server is rejecting it, and rightly so, as it is a common tactic of spammers.

They either need to make mg.craftvapery.com exist by adding an appropriate A-Record, or, better yet, they need to send the email from a legitimate location (craftvapery.com instead of mg.craftvapery.com).

Or, to put this all another way, you are ALREADY using a more reliable email account.

I just got off the phone with someone from CV - they are aware of the issue and are working on it. It'll take another day or so. For now, I am content to wait.
