Sorry for the double post, but a final update:

Emailed Brandon, he set up a return for my malfunctioning battery and accidentally sent me the wrong size, though it got here within a few days(I broke a 1300mAH and was sent a 900mAH). Happy and slightly sad, I sent another email today asking about it, and he told me to keep the 900mAH battery, and I got an email about another return order, all within a couple hours.

Vapor 4 life, outstanding work. I am pleased in every sense of the word.
