Lets be honest here, ecigs aren't going to be banned because a small minority of people use them for other things... You can use an apple to ingest the same drug, yet they seem to be readily available at my local grocery store. It's not the delivery device, it's the user. You can't blame/ban the device because someone filled it with an illicit drug.
