Bootimus's wife here. We have been vaping for a little over a week now and maybe we are just a little bit too excited about it but i have noticed that as we talk to people about vaping and all encompassing aspects such as health benefits, the FDA and the ASHholes:D, people give us looks like we are crazy and maybe a little bit too emotionally involved. Does anybody else experience this or are we just plain crazy?

Actualy the only comment I've gotten so far was from acouple at the fleamarket sitting out side on a bench smoking.
They got a determination that it was the same as a mall so it's a $500.00 fine for smoking under the roof. Some people were complaining. And she asked me if I thought it would help me stop cigarrettes? I told her yes and she told me about the kiosk in the mall selling rebranded ones with cartomizors one batt a charger and 5 refills for $150.00 and $25.00 for apack of 10 refills.Said they tasted like **** and didnt have any vapor to speak of.I told them about This forum and that most e cig cartriges were refillable the juices and flavors /stengths. Also told them to Google this forum and read about the different ecigs and there pluses and minuses in order to make an informed descision. And that it wasn't as expensive as the company in the mall.Hopefully they will and we will have more people vaping.

Yeah I've experienced this also. When people inquire about my e cig I pretty much get out my soap box and give an entire presentation. Some people think I've lost my mind, a nice amount of people are highly interested and attracted to the it, and a few I think want to have me hung.

Heh, this reminds me of an incident I had about ten years ago with a rabid non-smoker. I was still smoking at the time, and was outside of the building at work taking a cig break, and the wind shifted and was carrying the smoke over to the entrance.

She comes walking up to me with a nasty look on her face and just rips into me about second hand smoke and how irresponsible I am, and blah blah blah... (I say absolutely nothing the whole time, just stand there smoking with an amused expression) She ends her little tirade with "People like you should be hung!"

I cocked an eyebrow and with the slyest smile I could muster, I said, "I am. How kind of you to notice."

I've never seen anyone's face get so red so fast.

And now back to our regularly scheduled topic!
