I am needing to make a creamy type of mixer. I bought some juice about 60 ml that I need to cut the nic level down. I would just purchase the same flavor in 0 nic, but I am unsure if I like the flavor. It's not horrible, but it's got a peppery bite so it's hard to tell. It has steeped for almost a month now, so I don't think it's going to change. Rather then get more of the same at 0 nic, I was thinking of just making a 0 nic mixer for it and feel that a good creamy mixer would work. The creamy type flavors that I have are:

Bavarian Cream
Italian Cream
Sweet Cream
Butter Cream
Whipped Cream
Vienna Cream
Marshmallow
Toasted Marshmallow

I was originally just going to do a single mix of Bavarian Cream, but I am not sure how it would be as a stand alone flavor or how any of these would be as a stand alone. Any suggestions?

Creams and Marshmallow are generally used as additions to other flavors such as fruit and desert mixes and are not really good as stand alones. So I would suggest getting some fruit flavors and use those as a base flavor and accent them with the creams and marshmallow to add that creamy thickness.

Thanks Danny, I understand what your saying, but I will be mixing this with a pre made juice that is already a Banana Fosters flavor and I don't think I want to add more banana to it, so while technically I will be making a stand alone juice, it wont be vaping it alone. I see what your saying, if I made any of these as a stand alone, after I tasted them alone, I might be afraid to add to my pre mix anyways based on how they taste alone. LOL Maybe I could try a coconut cream, coconut and banana's would work together. Any tried and true Coconut Cream recipes? As far as fruit goes, I have Strawberry, Black Cherry, Peach, Blueberry and of course the Coconut.

I see where most of these flavors aren't intended for any type of stand alone flavors but what about Bavarian Cream? There are a lot of vendors that sell Bavarian Cream e juice. Wonder if they just use the Bavarian Cream flavoring or if they use other flavors combined to make it? Any one ever make a stand alone Bavarian Cream?

Well if it's adding it to a bananna foster then your in pretty good shape. The marshmallow will work to give it a thickness and body. I would use that at a half a percent. The idea here is to introduce a thickness and body and not give it an actual marshmallow taste. Then you can add any of the creams starting at 2% and make sure you steep it before adjusting further. It takes a average of 3 weeks to steep a cream mix or 3 hours in a UC or slow cooker at 150F. If you use a slow cooker give it a good shake every hour or so.

Experiment with 10ml samples until you find the combination that works for you.

I've never done a bavarian cream as a stand alone so I really can't give an honest opinion.

Thanks Danny, I do have a UC to steep in. I am glad you reminded me about the creams taking longer to steep, it's been a little bit since I did any DIY, due to not really having the time, however I have been so disappointed in the juices that I used to like before I started DIY, I feel that I'll be heading back to that.

It takes a while and a lot of work to get this all down and find your ADV's but once you do you'll likely never go back to vender juices. I've got 4 or 5 ADV's and so many change of pace vape's I've lost count so I haven't bought a vender juice in about 18 months. Just remember as you work write everything down. There's nothing worst then finding that OMG vape and not being able to reproduce it.

I use the e juice me up calculator and then save my recipes to a folder on my desk top since there is a place to make comments after trying them I will put in the comments what I thought about it and any changes I want to make for the next version if any. After being so disappointed in the juices that I was getting, and finding a UC at the goodwill store a few weeks ago for a few bucks was just what I needed to get back into it.

........... It's not horrible, but it's got a peppery bite so it's hard to tell. ...........

That peppery bite is probably coming from the nic, so adding anything 0 nic will probably help in that department. For my taste buds, I'd probably try to get a good Strawberry mix going with a small amount of Bavarian Cream, Sweet Cream, and Marshmallow added, then combine the two. But I like strawberry and bananas. :vapor:

I may have to try that. I do have 60 ml of it to use,....so I am thinking that there are multiple possibilities. I did mix up a some Bavarian cream and marshmallow, it's in the UC now. I am afraid that I may have gone to strong on the Bavarian cream as it smells pretty strong, but since it's 0 nic, if I have to re mix at lower level, it's not a big deal. After the UC is done tonight I'll leave the cap off overnight and see then. Starting a 12 day vacation (not leaving home) so I'll have plenty of time to mess around with it.
