I need help on creating a new screen cover. What type of materials could I use and what type of tool could cut the circles. I messed the original up its all scratched up now and worse then before. I used a razor and cut a thin plastic replacement out of a piece of scrap. It doesnt look good and the cuts are rough from the razor. What can I use and get at a local homedepot or online to made a new one, and what type of tool will be able to cut the circles needed. I have the original as a guide. If theres a way to fix the original I can try that but 120 grit sandpaper did it in pretty badly.

I'd used a microfiber cloth and wd40 to wipe the silver coating off of the one I had. Just taped off where I wanted the finish to stay on. Anyway try a hobby shop they sell lexan sheet in different thicknesses and lexan paint. There will be plenty of material to experiment with. A drill bit will cut your holes for the buttons just take your time with the drill.

I guess It's time to remove the Mirror finish with WD40
