Creme Caramel and site problems

ACK! Creme Caramel is not available! 8-o I clicked notify me, I got, page not found, 404 error message.

Also, I created a wishlist, then started clicking items to put in it. There is no wishlist anywhere in my account that I've found? When I click My Wishlist, it pops up a message that 'item has been added', but I was only trying to view it. Still trying to view it, can anyone explain to me how to open my wishlist?

QRXT, Creme Caramel will be back in about a week. Creme Caramel and Razzmatazz have both been selling so fast we couldn't keep up! It should have been noted as "Temporarily Sold Out" rather than removed from the site. I'll go fix that right now.

For help with with wishlist feature, I'm still learning it myself but I'll see what I can do for you if you PM me the name or email you used to set up your account.

The Wishlist should be fully functional, I'm just not that experienced with it myself yet! But I'm happy to try to figure it out together! I do know you have to be logged in to your account for the feature to be active. Then you'll want to click on the "My Wishlist" tab at the top, right hand corner of the website. See screen shot I took of the website to locate the tab in the upper right.

Thanks again Annette. I made sure I was logged in and tried again. This is a shot of what happens when I click the 'My Wishlist' tab.



I wasn't trying to add an item to the wishlist, only clicking the tab to access my list. In case you can't make out what the box says, it's "This product was added to your wishlist".

For now, I just added things to my cart, lol, I will find them there for sure!

OK, that's great! That message means it's working and the item was added to your wish list. When you want to go view the wishlist, click on the black "My Wishlist" tab (see the screen shot I added above). There you will find all the items you have added to your wishlist. You can then add them to your cart or keep saving them for later.

No, it is still not working for me. I was on the home page of the site, signed in, and had not clicked to add an item, I only clicked the "My Wishlist" tab at the top of the page next to my name. I was trying to view the things I had added earlier. My screenshot is the result of trying to view my wishlist, by clicking it in the black tab.

I am confusing you Annette, sorry. Maybe it's just my computer not playing nice with the site? I am okay as long as my cart works, lol. Thanks for your help, I will try again tomorrow. I feel like the only kid in class that can't understand the algebra problem!

OK, I'm stumped! But I'm learning this app better with each attempt! One thing we can try: next time you try adding something to your wishlist, let me know and I'll see if I can look it up for you. We'll get there, LOL!
