How come every time I go to use out if its been over a hour or more, out it makes horrible POPPING sound that sounds like it's gonna blow your face off, very scary sound, only this tank does it????

Could be over saturated. I fill my tanks then hit them a few times. If you leave your fill port open it will eventually leak and empty your entire tank. When you open to fill you are starting this process. Could be other things but for me after owning a few rta's I always hit it after filling, I never fill and walk away or put it in my pocket. I always go for the simple cheap fix first.
Flooding a coil can cause it to pop. If you are out in the heat your tank may also heat up, and (I'm thinking of a few popping experiences I've had) maybe the tank heats up or liquid floods the coil, etc. IDK know why it would just be this tank, but who KNOWS. Etc.

I've had a good few tanks that do that. Just get used to it and hold it away from your face for the first 'fire' of the atomizer.
