Just wanna let everyone know how awesome CCV has been to deal with - they have great prices, free shipping, and second-to-none customer service. I had been waiting for the last of my eGo batteries to start sputtering on me before moving up the foodchain to an ePower unit, and lo and behold I lost two batts last night.

About an hour prior to these dying, I had placed an order for some cartos and juice. Called Andrew today and asked him if he could combine an ePower into that shipment and he was happy to, and tossed in a sample of some juice!

He was great to chat with on the phone, and provided some great information about the products. These guys really know their stuff. He gave me a heads-up on shipping times and everything over the phone, and was pleasant to deal with through the whole process and all the screwy requests!

I personally had an issue with CCV, I placed an order, and it never shipped. I called, and the problem was addressed, he told me what it was that he was going to do, and followed through when he said he was. In addition, I got a few extra goodies in my shipment. It's one thing when everything is good, but its more important to me how they address a simple mistake.
