This is a good/bad post.
Good= Decent prices and free shipping.
Bad= My last 3 orders from CCV have taken a minimum of 48 hours just to leave the premises and no contact with me attempting to justify the delays.
To me that indicates a disregard for your customers and is not acceptable. If you can't keep up with orders - hire some help. If you have enough help someone is not doing their job.
I dislike having to pay shipping for smaller orders but it is certainly more acceptable then poor service.

Update: I sent an e-mail request for info about my order yesterday afternoon and received a reply *We are running a little behind due to the holidays and the overwhelming amount of last minute orders taken in a very short period at christmas*.
My order, 3 boxes of cartos, was placed two days "after" Xmas.
It's not that I really need the order but I will not accept bad service from any type of vendor.
This will be my last order with CCV.
