I ordered a total of 35 cartos on 1/5/12 from ccv, all of them showed in stock and ready to ship. My emailed invoice had several items that were deleted from my cart before checkout but showed a quantity ordered as zero and a charge of zero. This kinda threw a red flag to me but decided its a browser compatibility issue ( i use google chrome) and they probably see it many times a day and can figure it out.
After several days of hearing nothing I decided to email them and see if maybe my order was messed up with the issues at checkout described earlier. On 1/10/12 I sent an email describing the issue and if there was a problem that they may not have been aware of. Shortly after I received a reply that said "ship in few hours", that was all the reply said.
Its now 1/14/12 and my order has shown several different statuses in the last 9 days. Currently my order is back to "processing" which it showed on 1/6/12. With Monday being a holiday the very earliest my order will be filled is 1/17/12, almost 2 weeks after payment before my order can even be shipped.
This is the kind of performance I expect when ordering from a cheaper than dirt company from China, not a usa vendor found on ECF.
