I recently ordered a vmax form Crystal Clear. The unit I received had connection issues and did not work reliably. I informed the CSM through the website and sent the unit back. CCV replaced the bad unit without question and in a timely manner.
I could not be more pleased with the customer service I received from Crystal Clear. It is clear that they understand what it takes to run a business... crystal clear. Lol, so lame, sorry I couldn't resist. Seriously though, decent and honest people and I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
