CS Ticketing Issue PLEASE READ

Hey everyone,

So we were doing some work on our back end and we had a glitch occur while saving, I am sure some of you noticed the error with passwords and logging in. This should be all fixed by now, and there should not be any issues logging in, creating an account, or placing an order.

Here is where it ties into CS Tickets:

Due to this error I have lost many CS Tickets submitted recently. IMPORTANT~~! If you have submitted a CS Ticket recently, or in the past week or so and not received a response from me, we ask that you resubmit a new ticket or email me at justin@cloudsofvapor.com for resolution with your problem.

We are really sorry guys, we will work with everyone the best we can to try and resolve any and all issues that come up, we ask that ya'll have a little patiences as we get everything back the way it was and caught up :)
