I have both and neither one is even close to any cigar whether it is Cuban, Dominican, Nicaraguan, Honduran, Jamaican or Filipino !

TA Cuban is close to a flavored cheap green leaf cigar, Tino D'Milano Cuba Cigar is like corn chips and Old Havana is like citrus peels. Mix both Tino D'Milano Cuba Cigar and Old Havana together and you get a orangesicle cream !

In essence I think the people who came up with these flavors and the name are out to lunch in the left field !

Strange, since TA Cuban doesn't taste anything like a green leaf cigar to me, on the contrary, I perceive in it a cured tobacco flavor, just too sweet.

TA Cuban tastes and smells exactly like the green leaf/wrapper vintage cigars I had from the 60's that were made here in Montreal by H.Simon & Sons called La Florena and were packed in a glass tube. It's like this distinctive sweet taste that I grew up with, but not one I necessary liked in a good cigar. I suspect this is more the taste of the flavored stuff the General Cigar Co. in the US is churning out and more familiar to the palettes of American cigar smokers. Words like grassy, earthy, leathery, coffee, creamy are more often or not used to describe the Cuban tobacco characteristics.

I just placed an order based on your sugesstion for these just to cover the Inawera line to see if I can get something I would like with these combinations:
DNB
Dark Tobacco
Garuda
Virginia
S'Camel
Clove Gozdziki

Anyone have a tasty recipe for the Inawera Cuba Cigar ? I have two bottles of this and I tried it from 2%-15% and it tasted all the same blandness. I tried mixing it with Old Havana and all it did was cancel out the sweetness of the Old Havana putting it back to square one ...I suppose if you want boring this is the flavor to get ! ...LoL

My batch of Inawera came in today and made one the recipes listed in these forums:

10ml 50/50 Base
5% WG TA Cuban Cigar
2% WG Dark Tobacco
1% WG DNB

Can't really put my finger on what it tastes like, but I think this is like those Captain Black cigars or Captain Jack e-liquids with a type of mixed confectionery smell and slightly burnt sirup mish-mash taste. I used to go to school that was next a confectionery plant so I smelled this type of smell everyday.
DNB and Dark Tobacco smells very good out of the bottle.

Anymore recipes I should try ?, still need to try the WG Virgina and WG Garuda.
