I've had that a couple of times lately, I think it may be a result of the warmer temps? When that has happened to me, I take the battery and bottle out of the REO, and pour the catch cup full of Vodka. Let it sit, and it will dissolve any gunk that is in the catch cup/hose portion of the REO, you may see it sit in the catch cup for a minute or two, then all of a sudden it drains. I dry the REO put in a fresh battery and juice and it is fine.

 actually just as I read this I did it to my mini with a LR306  I know, shameful, right? There could be a number of reasons from juice viscosity (just because its 100%VG does not necessarily mean that it's thick), to temperature, to gunk build up in the connector or atty, and yes, even technique. If you've blown out your atty, and cleaned your mod, and the ambient air temperature is relatively cool, then it might be time to grab the reducer tube that was in the baggie that came with your mod and install it in the bottom of your feed tube. :) For ease of use, I'd probably cut the tube in half so you have an extra and don't have to push the tube in as far. Keep us posted!

I'm using Attys

put the O-Ring over your Atty and push it down to the catch cup, this will create a small seal and not let it spill over anymore, as well as creat a type of Auto feed where you will only have to squank very little, it's how I run all my Reo's and this works super for me.

Do you mean the O ring that fits inside the cap of the juice bottle? I thought it needed to be there to avoid leaks. What size O rings are you using for the atty to to try and block leaks? Also, how well does this work? I have been having self feed problems related to both atmospheric pressure and also temperature and would love to stop the overflowing. It's messy and wastes ejuice. I use only Alien Vision 100% VG juice, so I'm certain that it's thick enough. As a matter of fact, I tried using the reducer tube to try to stop the leakage out the top via sepf feed, and had a fairly difficult time getting 100% VG through it at all.

Not the oring in the bottle cap. You need that where it is. Here you go: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...sic-troubleshooting-ideas-14.html#post3383006

I haven't had to squonk in 3 days on either my grand or mini. I switched from atties to cartos to avoid flooding and to keep the mess down. I'm using Boba's Bounty in the grand and CCV's Apple Pie 100% VG in the mini. Good thing is that I haven't had a dry hit yet.

Now to find those little tubes.

Harry

edit: It doesn't matter how full the bottle is.

The part of Canada that doesn't get enuf Snow :(
I usually use straight vg juices and yes with the varying temps especially the higher temps I will often find the catch cup fills by itself. I don't usually find it to be too much of an issue as the temps here don't usually get too extreme but if it is you could shorten the hose inside the bottle only thing is then u will need to squonk upside down
