I have some liquid that has the same flavor profile as some disposable cartos I have, and I have refilled them all. You can refill them no problem at all, pretty easy. I know they are disposable, and junk, but why not, better than throwing them away after 1 use. The attys haven't burned out. Has anyone played around with "curing" them at all? Like letting air pass continually over them and concentrating and evaporating some of the moisture out of them? just thought I would ask. Thanks in advance.

There is a thread for cleaning the cartos. I recently did mine. I dropped them in a turkey baster and sucked and blew out the water a few times and let them air dry for 2 days. Good as new!

thanks, but I'm not cleaning them, I have refilled them with e liquids and want to cure them, evaporate the liquids out/down as much as possible, cure the flavors in the carts.

Perhaps I need more coffee this morning, because I can't grasp why you would want to evaporate your juice. If you want to steep the juice, it should be steeped in the bottle. Get the flavor right, then fill cartos.

trying to get the liquids to a more concentrated state, trying to get the carts to hold as much flavor as possible without having them dripping "wet" with juice. did you ever open the mouth piece of a pre-filled carto from the store? trust me, they aren't soaking wet with moisture. they "cure" them before shipping. getting the wadding to absorb the liquid basically. that's all. so far, sitting out above a furnace vent and then rotating from upright to upside down is doing the trick, but thanks. I'm not asking about steeping or even trying to, the juice mixing isn't what I am after or referring to. thanks though.
