Hi everyone,

I am wondering if anyone might know if there is an issue with ALTAVAPES store site. It took my order and payment but is still showing in payment history as Pending ...

Does anyone know if this is the norm for that E-store?

Perhaps the site not running properly?

THe contact phone number is not valid and no replies ot messages...

Has anyone else had this experience with altavapes.com?

How long has it been since you placed your order??
The time it takes for a "Pending" payment to clear can vary from vendor to vendor....
It could be a problem with your bank transferring funds....or the bank that holds your credit card...
Then, of course, it COULD be the vendor's problem....
No experience with altavapes.com -- so I can't help there, specifically....

Hope u good luck! But an invalid fone number shows how bad this retailer is, i recommand u switch to other sellers.

I agree with Ginko... No contact, no working phone number, and sketchy service sounds fishy enough for me to not to business there again. There are plenty of reputable online shops found through ECF that probably will carry what you are purchasing.

I did a reverse look-up on their domain and it looks like they have a WHO-IS privacy guard on the domain so their business / personal information isn't showing up. Any reputable business shouldn't have an issue displaying their phone number and/or address in the domain registry database, IMO, so that's not a good start.

The phone number listed on their site is 1-123-456-7890 (i.e. 1, 2 ,3, 4 - just a sequence), so it's a fake (as of this post).


If a charge has been made to your card, I'd get in touch with your bank to stop the charge. That would be something I'd do now as hiding information in an otherwise public database + a fake phone number is strike 1 & 2 for me. Not answering e-mails, or giving some method of contact other than snail mail is strike 3.

In countries (like Canada) where the sale of e-juice that contains nicotine isn't considered kosher, Privacy Guard is an absolute must for online vendors.

Thanks for the reply. THe parcel should have actually been at my door today. They are supposed to process within the 24 hours after payment. Payment has been taken out immediatly when I paid. I have money in my paypal account so the issue is not there nor my bank as funds are taken out and I ordered from anther person yesterday and they got their money no prob and parcel will be here toorrow. So thats a bonus. I tried again to cntact today but everything still showing pending and no replies still from my messages and no parcel sent..I feel like unless there is an issue with the site that I have been taken for..I can't see it any other way especially when I can't get a reply and no way to contact them and a phony number posted for contact.. Hopefully it will go through today..otherwise I will see what paypal can do for me..hopefully I am protected there It all feels very skcetchy

I understand the privacy thing..and I have not ordered juice. I ordered a kit and cartos only.
I have no issue with the wait but common courtesy should warrant a reply at hte very least...

Very peasant customer service and excellent product reviews. Very clear and understanding. I am very happy..this is my future shopping site I feel 100% confident with the entire process. I may have incurred a loss via altavapes but I have certainly gained in the long run via Nicfitnation

Hi ..yes I already switched and get my parcel tomorrow
I will chaulk the loss with ALTAVAPES as a shopping experience
But I will report to paypal in hopes of letting them know what they are doing so it doesnt happen to others..
I doubt I will see my money nor a parcel..but tomorrow is a new day and Nicfitnation got me covered..so pleased with their service I cant say enough about them

My money is already been taken. Checked the bank and paypal they got it immediatly. I have a business account on paypal and never an issue..ordered from someone else yesterday and no issues and parcel here tomorrow..The wait doent bther me..its the fact no way to contact or no replies ..fake phone number and not buying juice.. they dont sell ejuice yet so being discreet for that reason is not the issue..a simple reply would be sufficient but nothing

Paypal is trying to rectify the issue but not likely they will be able to make contact either. Ascam is how I see them since they got my money and run. SO sad when one bad apple preys on scamming your money. I am on disability and mobey is not so easy to come by. I feel saddened that this has happened..But I refuse to let it slip by. I want him stopped from doing this to another person. Have a case open with paypal and hopefully they will put a stop to it..at least on the paypal end of it.
I have however, after not getting word from this company I have since ordered from Nicfitnation.
Wow these people are supergreat! I am overly pleased with the service and shipping is number one. And well the products spek for themselves but I will say ..AWesome...a great place for a Newbie to start out..Don't be a fool like me and trust ALTAVAPES!

Totally agree..a very bad start for a beginner...I still have not been able to contact ALTA VAPES but have it reported with paypal..maybe they can stop this person from robbing $$$ from others...On a good note..I have since then ordered two other kits..great products and great service..I am happy about that
