How do you deal with a company that you can't contact?

I actually looked through their policies and all I was really able to come up with was this.

"violate applicable laws or industry regulations regarding the sale of (a) tobacco products, or (b) prescription drugs and devices"

I don't see any reason why they would close my account, unless I violated any laws applicable to the sale of the ecig stuff (if it was banned in my state).

Hi all. I only found this forum a few days ago so I was pretty ignorant when I bought my first e-cig a few weeks ago. When the cartridges ran dry I placed orders for e-juice with a few companies without really checking up on them ( i know I know ). One company's website stated that orders placed before such and such time would be sent out on the same day. Well, a week and a half later ( and after receiving my orders from the others), their site still says that my order is pending. I get no response to emails and their phone number goes to a message system. I left two messages and have gotten no call back. My credit card has also been charged.
I'm sure a few people on here have had similar experiences. What do you do to get your money back when you can't contact a company? Is there some sort of regulating body you can contact (dealing with e-commerce)?

Hey I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I have never had this experience (came close) BUT my best friend did. He came onto ECF and asked what to do and I can't remember which member suggested this but it worked. He sent the company an email (after 3 1/2 months no contact) saying that he didn't care if he had to spend 10,000 dollars for a lawyer to get his 93 dollars back and that he would do it. 2 days later, his money was back in his account hahaha!

I really hope you can resolve this because I know how stressful that crap can be. Good luck with everything.

It's also interesting to note that their restriction applies only with US suppliers. I know Chinese vendors who use Paypal all day long for their transactions.

Cixi an' Pay-Pal go together like "Peas and Carrots".
I can't vouch for US suppliers though, as I haven't found any that can cater to my needs, yet.
