I am using the Spinner batteries and I absolutely LOVE them but, here's what I'm curious about, I like my protanks and my evods and I was wondering if there are any other ego type batteries, 510/ego threaded that I could use or that work well. I don't want a mod or a Vamo or a Provari or anything like that, just something ego-like. Does this make sense. I love this particular type of battery and I don't want to fool with batteries that I have to take out and charge and put back in. lol It's not that I'm lazy it's just that I really like the Ego type batteries is all.

They have a VV ego batt with a screen that looks kinda nifty if you want that sort of thing

Oh those are really cool, I never saw those. My problem is, I'm not battery savvy so I'm not sure what other kinds of batteries there are that are like the Ego's that would fit my evods and protanks. I know I need to figure it all out but the more I read sometimes the more confused I get.

Well your evods are only going to fit an ego connection, while the protanks use a 510. As you seem to know basically any mod has 510, and typically the ego as well. However a protank would work on even a 510 cigalike, or through an adapter other cigalikes such as those that are kr808 threaded like the Volt. I would advise using the LR (1.8ohm) heads with any non VV device that runs 3.7~ volts (which is literally 90% of them)

Is there some sort of color/size/life you are looking for? Or you just want to know what other batteries will work?

Edit: Guess i should mention that basically its an ego/kgo/kanger that are roughly the same size and work the same as what you are using, or some sort of rebrand or knock off but will have the same appearance. The Spinners you are using and love are very well respected and a great choice.

More options I think is what I'm looking, VV, color, style. I like my spinners but the VV is 4.8 max. I guess I'm just really wanting something that will fit either or, or some for the evods and some for the protanks. I know I'm asking a lot but...I need more options lol.

The hoosier is essentially the same thing i linked you before, digital display ego style VV. There is basically a ton out there

I know there must be colored egos out there like these below in VV, they have TONS of colors but are just 3.6V regulated

Yeah, I kinda figured that my options would be really limited as far as the batteries I like. Oh well, a girl's gotta at least try lol. I really like the J-Wraps, those were really nice. The thing I love about my Spinner is that it's a 1300 mah. I get loads of battery to last me the day. That is probably my favorite thing about the Spinner, that and the very clearly labeled dial on the bottom.

Yeah the spinners are great, and great capacity like you said. Id spice em up with jwraps, or even make your own wraps if you like that sort of thing to dress them up! The big arts and craft stores are loaded with stickers/stick on gems and shinies/and blank sticky vinyl sheets. I set up my Vamo using stuff from a Michaels craft store, big chain up here but im not sure what you have down there in bama

The Vamo is maybe 3 inches around? Its close to an inch thick. Its a heavy sucker but its really solid and you cant beat the price. I do find i like my evic in 18350 better though.

I use ego 650 batteries that are non VV for out and about quite a bit. It obviously wont last as long as your spinner, but they manage to be about cigalike length and last 5x as long. I can get half a day from one. Once you add VV, such as the Vision 650 spinners, they become a lot bigger. So having no VV definitely reduces the size. I just use 1.8ohm attys on it since they are perfectly matched to the voltage already

The problem is that the longer you want a battery to last the bigger the battery has to be...that is why a 650mah is so much smaller than a 1000mah, so if you want longer lasting batteries you have to go bigger.

The Vamo is about the size of a c celled battery flashlight, it is large but it delivers a stronger and more reliable vape as well as lasting more than a day on a set of batteries.

As far as problems loading batteries and such, just think of it as changing the batteries in a flashlight, unscrew, dump the batteries, put fresh recharged ba

tteries in, put the used batteries on the charger. Works like a charm.

The Vamo is heavy, (I sometimes do arm curls with it as I vape), but the delivery is Fantastic and flavorful! I have even gone back to old juices that lost their flavor and it all came back! They are also better on atty's, they give a clean burn and keep your attys cleaner.

I still use my twists and such but I run the tank on the Vamo until it's running good, then put on the ego battery for going out, seems to tune them up and get them running cleaner.

Sorry to .... in (what else is new?), but you can't put an EVOD or a Protank on a Smokeless Image battery without an adaptor. SI makes 808 threaded products. Their vv model the VOLT Spinner has 808 internal threads and what appear to be external eGo threads, but a true eGo threaded device won't fit on it.

(Please excuse me while I go shoot my mouth off somewhere else.)

Yeah I have 3 Vision Spinners and they seem to be pretty 'top of the line' in their category of batteries. Seems like you're looking for an upgrade altogether. More voltage, stronger/hotter vape, VW options, etc. Along with the other posters here, I'd recommend a Vamo. Switching the batteries is honestly very simple.

Buy two batteries ('18350' batteries for the shortened version of the Vamo if you want a smaller device, and '18650' if you don't mind a longer device with more battery life). Have one on charge while the other is being vaped. Switch them as needed. Its about as difficult as rotating between various Spinners. The only 'catch' is that you want to make sure you buy quality batteries and a quality charger. Be sure to remove the battery from the charger when it is full, as it is possible to overcharge. Thats about all there is to it.

I started off with a Spinner and the only upgrade I've needed (so far) has been the Vamo. Ive found the vape to be more consistent, stronger, hotter, I enjoy variable wattage, and if you get the stainless steel one, its very durable. Don't get me wrong, I still use my three Spinners, especially when I'm out and about. But when I'm relaxing at home looking for a stronger vape, I grab the Vamo. Good luck on whatever decision you make :D
