I have 3 spinners I use for out and about and driving. I use x6 tanks on them. The top heavy doesn't bother me at all but could see where it would bother some. Been going strong for a year. One thing the voltage marks are hard to see on the silver one at times. If that matters.

Well, I wouldn't stand something as slim as an eGo on its end in any case....lol I have a shot glass to hold it when I'm at my desk (until my holder gets delivered) and I have a lanyard for when I'm out and about.

I use the Protank II on both my Ego Twists (900mah) and my Vision Spinners (1300mah). The tank is slightly top heavy on both, but not to the point where it's a real issue. I do find that it's much better balanced on the Spinner (thicker). Use a beauty ring and you'll be fine with either. Just be careful about putting it in your pocket, etc because of the extra weight on the top.
Ok after all of the comments I am seeing about it being top heavy I did some research. I would replace the tank with the Protank 2 and get at least 1 18650 battery.

Only issue with that is Hong Kong got all weird on their li ion battery shipping. Things may have settled down at this point. My order is moving smoothly but it has no batteries in it.
I would buy a better charger too like a nitecore I2 at the low end or the VP1 at the high and other batteries. I am quite fond of the panasonic ncr18650pds 1900 mah they have. For smaller ones I would pick up AWs in the states.
