So I've put together a GH1 order.. 180mlof juice, a passthrough, and 4 stardusts. I'm hoping the passthrough and stardusts will get it through without it being flagged down in customs, although I'm not going to hold my breath.

Would it be safer to do Registered Airmail or EMS? Airmail is about 8 bucks, EMS is 19.

Well I just put an order through from my favorite US company and an order through from GH1, doing standard international shipping in the US company and airmale at GH1. We'll see how long both take and what the deal with both is at customs, and if either of them have any trouble just being left at my apartment's door.

GH1 usually marks their shipments as "electronic parts" or "toy" and passes customs without a hitch... I usually order some mixed bag of hardware, too, like batteries and drip tips and cartomizers. The one time I didn't, I had ordered a lot of juice and got nailed by customs. I usually get EMS from them as the shipping is less than a week. I ordered Airmail once a long time ago and it was 2 weeks. Not too shabby, but I'm impatient. Customs tends to crack down around Solnal and New Year's... I heard.

If they have a suspicion, they'll call you. As with any government agency, it's probably best to be honest with them and tell them it is nicotine liquid for e-cigarettes. The 600 won/ml tax (20ml exempt), is still cheaper than local stuff. Ah, and you'll need to go down to the post office to pay that tax... and some extra fee, too... with your ARC and cash (no card).

I hope it passes, but even if it doesn't, I don't really mind. I tried to find an ecig vendor today since I'm outta juice, and had no such luck. I know where one is, I just don't know how to get to the store itself, because I'm a ....ing ...... and Korea is confusing as .....

Oh... some are... not all. Sorry...

You can also PM Valsacar or Sam Vines... both mods live in Seoul and can point you towards a vape-friendly bar around Itaewon... the name escapes right now. Maybe you can trade some beer or something for some homebrew liquid with whoever's around. I'm out in Yongin and no way I'm going outside today... too damn cold. If you were near me, I'd stock you up.

This'll learn you not to let your liquid reserves too low, eh? I think I keep a 6 month supply of my favorites on hand at all times... ha!
