Oops....my bad. When you look at the Tanks Page it has the colored 808 3.5 and 6 ml metal cap tanks on the left side, then it has the 3.5 ml 510 tank on the upper right corner. From the pic of the 3.5 ml 510 Tank it's hard to tell which caps it has. Then right underneath that is shows a 6ml Tank with metal caps...but I see now that it is for the clear 808 tanks.

Thanks

I was going to ask some tank questions in a new thread, but since Snow asked one of my questions I'll just post it here if that's OK?

(I'm asking from the point of view of someone who wants to put their own toys in the tank, not really concerned with the cartos per se and I likely won't be using them)

The 510 3.5 ml and 808 3.5 metal ml tank: are they both the same dimensions?

Do all of the tanks come with hard plugs, metal or not?

And just to be sure I understood correctly above, the only tanks of the 4 varieties that have metal plugs are the colored 808 3.5 ml and 6 ml that are listed as METAL tanks correct? The 6 ml 808 tank that's clear does not have metal caps?

EDIT: Dimensions; how tall are the tanks? I'm assuming the only difference is diameter?

Both the 510 - 3.5ml Dual Coil Tanks and 510 - 6ml Dual Coil Tanks have hard plastic caps (non-metal).
All tanks regardless of ml or style (510 or 808) are the same height (4cm tall).
The 510 - 3.5 and 808 - 3.5 are exactly the same except for the carto inside being either 510 or 808.
The 510 - 6ml and 808 - 6ml are exactly the same except for the carto inside being either 510 or 808.

So the only variations on the tanks alone (without the cartos) is how many ml they hold and if they have metal or plastic ends. If you want to use your own cartos, make sure they are long enough to work with this tank. Our WOW and CoolCarts are not long enough to work with the tanks, so we carry replacement cartos. The replacement cartos and cartos that come inside the tanks are approximately 1cm longer than our WOW and CoolCarts.

Hmmmm.....????

I think you are right, that the only 510 tanks V4L has ever carried come with the black Delrin caps. What led to my earlier confusion was the picture shown with 3.5 ml 510 Tank....which is why I initially asked the question I did. I haven't been to that particular page on the site for awhile and from the picture thought maybe something had changed.

Open the link.....enlarge the picture and what do you see? Does that look like it has Metal or Black Delrin Caps?

510 Ecigarette Style - 3.5ml Dual Coil Tank

It's pretty apparent the reason why is because that is a 808 3.5ml Metal Cap Tank incorrectly shown as 3.5 ml 510 Tank. Perhaps Mark can correct that sometime in the future.

My favorite tobacco flavor is Original Parlament. I just now grabbed a Green Parlament cart and compared it to the Original. My thoughts are that the Original is just a hint sweeter and the Green is more flat or straight - tasting. They are quite similar to me though.
