SR did you have an item in your cart from the weekly specials? I know some customers experienced the same issue and it was because they had a weekly special in their cart. The weekly specials can't be combined with other offers.

I thought the cart was smart enough not to discount non discountable items but they could be in the cart. Or was that the old cart, and that feature is now gone?

Sorry for my tardy supply. Not to my knowledge. Only had wowboy/peppermint cartos. Doesn't matter now though
