I can't wait to receive my first kit, but it's in the hands of usps, the snailest of snail mail. I've only been waiting for a 4 days, but it feels like forever. Probably because my habit of checking the USPS tracker is almost as bad as my nicotine habit. It's gotten so bad that I'm about halfway through my first mod and I haven't received my kit! All I need is the battery connection and some cartos. It's more of a cosmetic mod, just a USB passthrough using an old laptop mouse as the "chassis".

Sorry to hear about the mail...yah I know what it's like waiting. I too have built a few mods (and mods lacking connector or switch) waiting for the mail as I do occasionally.

And now on to more pressing matters.

DUUUUUDE!!! usb mouse passthrough? EPIC! :D beats the hell out of my crappy little 2aaa battery box passthrough.

What model do you use?

I found that the Passthru for the 510 (my model obviously) is great for sitting at home, but since I got the eGo, my 510 stuff lasts for days and therefore no need for a PCC or PT ...

Well USMC you might as well kiss Tracking good-bye.. if you are lucky you will catch it to CA. since that's where it transfers over to the military postal system... Assuming that is what you are using in Okinawa.... you will expect it to come anywhere from a week to a week and a half.. depending on when you order...

then it's up to the mail room to decide when they want to get it to your box :D

it's basicly hit and miss.. but it will get there.... shoot I got an order from the west in 5 days... but it was a small package..

fistpacks? I don't know a ton about the flatpack batteries (stats, etc) or about building a charging circuit for em to plug in to anything. :( What I do know...is that for ease of use and construction, and relatively cheap batteries 14500s are my drug of choice.

Also, I just used the box to house the wiring, switch, and connector...it doesn't work if it isn't plugged in. That job is delegated to my other mods. ;)
