Curves mod or 69 erics edition?

I currently have a 69 mod erics edition, and i have an offer to trade it for a curves v3 with silver contacts, just wanted your opinion on which one is better or if i should make the trade? thank you in advance!

Keep the 69 and go for the brass upgrade if you don't have it already
