I recently bought ss and brass chi chi's and mixed their parts. I have a Notre Dame ball marker. On the bottom brass tube I would like to adhere the ball marker but I don't know how to curve the coin. If someone has a good idea for doing this I would really appreciate it.

Put it on some train tracks that have a matching curvature. 
Probably it would work best with a strong vise or press and some solid rod of the right diameter, but you ought to practice first on other coins as it would be easy to mar the ball marker.

...I agree w/asdaq, I think compression between a rod and a pipe that has been cut in half (or so) would work well.
...A person might even lay a bit of felt atop the coin before pressing (with a big vise).
...I would think this would also work for a number of concho styles (leather working decorative metal elements), but I have been reading the battery mod pages, and haven't read through these pages yet to know if problems with this exist (like poor metal quality conchos, etc).
...Practicing on another less valuable and comparable coin is a good idea, but you already know that...
...I've taken small hinges and hammered them to a similar roundness like this, using a cut pipe and hammering them into the inside of the pipe, but I don't think that is a better plan at all...

Get a tube of steel the same diameter as your mod. Cut it in half length wise, put your coin between them and press. That's the best I got!

drill a hole in a wood block the same size as your mod, cut block in half , use a wooden dowel to press coin in with a vise the wood will not damage the coin
I do this with gold and silver coins for jewelry
