Custom Duties for importing e-cigs from China to USA

Greetings everyone. I'm looking into importing e-cigs from China to resell in USA. I found the good prices, but before I go ahead and place my order; does anyone know for sure if I (in the US) will have to pay customs any duty/taxes/terrifs?
Any information would be appreciated.

Sorry, I guess I should clear up that I'm talking about the Clearomizer kits that contain no liquid...only the device.

I always buy stuff in bulk from hong kong, never had to pay any extra fees, taxes etc. but ask your source directly just to be sure.

Sorry, I guess I should've cleared up that I'm talking about the Clearomizer kits that contain no liquid...only the device. My source said it was my responsibility to check with my own country customs, other vendors told me that I don't have to pay duty..but how much can I trust that?
