I know Gourmet Vapor offers this, but are there any other good ones?
Specifically, I'm looking for a site with "Sugar" flavors- regular Sugar and/or
Brown Sugar. Thanks much!

Er... I should have been more clear.
Gourmet Vapor let's you create your own flavor online, and then they mix it
and send it to you. Sugar/Brown Sugar are not options in their list. I need to
be able to sweeten the mixes. This is about as "DIY" as I get.

So your looking for something to add to your existing juices to sweeten them? If so, try Ethyl Maltose or sweetener or Brown Sugar from Perfumer's Apprentice

ECBlend is a great sight. You can create any flavor you want and there is a option for sugar. Last time I ordered used code 10020 for 20% off.

I've heard through the grapevine that TFA honey is nasty for whatever reason. Shoot, I already forgot what the recommended vendor for honey was. Maybe it was FA?

mount baker Vapor (MBV) has a 'Build It Yourself' feature that I enjoyed when I still bought vendor juices. One of my favorites was

2 part coffe
2 part caramel
1 part french vanilla
1 part whipped cream

one flavor shot for each flavor

Try eLiquid Emporium, go to Personal Flavor Factory (FYI: I have never ordered from this site, although I've bought their Italian RY4 from a local B&M store, which I thought was "good.")

I found the TFA Honey to be a very dominant flavor, start with very small %. At 5% it is very strong, that it took me a long time to rid the lingering smell/taste from the EVOD I used.
