custom made APVs?

Heya

Does anyone know if there are any people/companies that will make a custom made APVs/mods for customers? I am not talking about custom juice just the devices to Vapes them with? I want a specific kind of VV/VW mod with specific abilities but ECF's searchengine failed me again...

So any suggestions for me? I'ld greatly appreciate someone pointing me in the direction of a reliable manufacturer, company or individual that makes custom mods to order....

To put it simply I want something similar to the indestructible Provape Provari that's telescoping to take any size battery, variable wattage & voltage, with a built in pass through (preferably USB based, some nice big magnetic buttons, a physical hard on/off switch (not that frustrating 5 click on/off in a second stuff), perhaps a lanyard & sheaf that you can leave them in it & still use them...

You know, just a little bit of cleaning up here & there, sweep up the cob webs, a little spit polish, maybe a little paint here & there

So what say you all? Can it be done? Can someone here do it? Dare any tempt the Provape gods commit Provari sacrilege?

Just a thought here but one not take something like the itaste 134 or SID (or something with those features) that has USB pass through & VV/VW capability, tip out the guts & put them in a better housing? If it's got a built in battery then either yank & replace with different batteries (if need direct wire a charging circuit & use a USB charger) or add a wire harness for interchangeable li-po cells.? Then replace the controls & wire a cut off switch...

Is that really too hard?

Btw I want to use a new automatic battery trick... With the magnetic switch... Basically you take a magnetic ring or something then whenever you hold the APV it turns on

Its sort of like Ocelot's bobo but instead of putting it in a bowling pin you put it in a Provari type housing?

no offense to the great people who bring us ECF but I hate your search engine... I almost never find anything particularly relevant & have to wade through 100s, if not 1000s of posts & sometimes even pages of posts...

LOL. I know the feeling. they have improved the sight from when I started 3 + yrs ago. But.... also check out the clickable links at the top of every page. Might save you a little time when looking for things. Let me know if you can't find the modders forum and I will get the link for you.

im sure someone will chime in that does.......i just had someone build me one just for fun.....I wanted a cloud chasing monster that does sub ohms attys.......not for daily vaping but just to show off when i have friends over........plus its cool to have something nobody else has.....LOL

I have two DNA 20d coming.. Then maybe an aluminum project box and run a set of 18650's in parallel.

I also bought some Aspen, Poplar and red oak hobby wood to play with.

the person that did it for me does it for fun and ill send her a message and she if she will do more.....she works too i believe and dont wanna just throw her name out without her knowing.......but there are people out there that do it......only cost me about 80 bucks also

Sweet, I totally understand not just tossing her name out there... The poor girl doesn't want to be swamped with crazy people wanting her to do all sorts of crazy things... I'm just hoping she'll want at least one crazy person who wants her to make some crazy things

I'm totally willing to pay for the materials & labor (its only fair)... Unfortunately my normal build guy doesn't want to do it because a) I already have a really big project on the go with him & b) he doesn't know anything about APVs, so isn't comfortable doing it (flying car yes, APV no)

Thank you so much, I'ld certainly really appreciate you touching base with her & asking for me... Just so you know this isn't an instantaneous thing, it'll be a few weeks before the money I need will be coming in & when it does that when I'll be ready to proceed but in the meantime I'm trying to work out the all the logistics.

The "best" money can buy is not a VV/VW device.

Trained- Yeah, normally I would just google it through advanced search but google stole my advance search button & hid it somewhere from me in latest "upgrade" (kinda complicated but I use an mobile Android assistive communication device) & I can never remember codes anymore since getting a brain injury.

Vapeaddikt- what do you mean a VV/VW device isn't always the best money can buy? that's kinda a random comment with further explanation... The research I've don't says that capability can be valuable or at least more valuable then a solely VV or VW device... Admittedly I am a newbie (at least I've graduated from noob though) & could easily be wrong. It wouldn't be the first time & it won't be the last time that's for sure.

Apart from that you clarified your statement with the phrase "money can buy" are you suggesting that making something yourself, perhaps entirely separate from a VV/VW device is preferable to purchasing something? Or are you saying something else? Have I somehow missed out on an entirely different class of vaping technology?

I am not trying to be dumb or anything, I am just trying to understand what you mean & make the best, most educated & well reasoned decision possible...

BTW- I just thought of this but are you saying that VV/VW technology/capability somehow actuality limits a devices functionality or capability by virtue of sole virtue of it being a VV/VW abilities?
