Again, a newbie, but REALLY blown over by the Customer Service at ModernVapor.com they are the best! I LOVE my 902 that I got and today I had a concern and they addressed it QUICKLY and without hesitation. THAT says alot for a company, not only that but their products are great and they are very helpful and patient. Will be doing more business with them. Their website rocks too.....VERY easy to get around...
