Hi Everyone!

For almost 10 years I was a pack-a-day smoker. I quit smoking and switched to e-cigs from www.awesomevapor.com in January -- and I never think about buying a pack of cigarettes.

AwesomeVapor worked hard to make me a very loyal customer. And I am!

1. While not a beautiful or slick website, it's easy to navigate, provides great information and includes a video so I could see what it actually looked like to use an e-cig in a non-commercial-like video.

2. The reviews I found on awesomevapor.com convinced me that they sold a quality product.

3. Of the companies I found that I believe sell quality e-cigs (based on website, reviews, customer service responses and good old-fashioned gut), awesomevapor.com was the most affordable. Not many companies qualified here.

4. Awesomevapor.com has a link on their page called 'Truths,' which told me everything I needed to know about e-cigs. I felt confident that I knew how to pick out a product I would enjoy and would know what to do with it when it arrived. Arno is candid and honest and I felt confident I was making a good decision in buying from him.

5. AND THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT REASON THAT I WENT WITH AWESOMEVAPOR.COM --- Arno emailed me back within hours of sending my questions to him. He took the time to read everything I'd written, give me all the information I'd asked for, plus information I didn't know enough to ask about and never once did I feel like I was communicating with a 'salesman' who was trying to swindle me. I got better customer service than I ever have any where in my life. (6ish emails back and fourth on Dec. 29th from 5pm - 2:30am).


I can't say enough about how great my experience has been with awesomevapor.com. I've recommended them to everyone I know who smokes. My doctor is now recommending them to her other patients based on how well they've worked for me. I gave one to my Mom and have just ordered two sets, one for me and one for my parents.

I am new and check out all sites as I come across them. Sounds like you had a great customer experience with them. I do however disagree with comments of Most Affordable Prices and Best Prices. it specifies no warranty and buy at your own risk (at the time I looked at website), which i have found several sites (mostly vapor sites) that offer the same. but at Tasty Vapor which specifies the same warning is about half the prices. A couple of others more, same and less.

I have a Blu and a 501. i ordered juice from Tasty Vapor but also ordered some 501 supplies to test before buying more and sending to family. should be receiving today or tomorrow and will update the quality of said parts. Both Dats and Tasty Vapor also responded by e-mail quickly and Tasty Vapor also has a chat online option which i used twice for quick answers before ordering.

Once again I mean no dis-respect to you or awesome vapor. I just wanted to ensure anyone reading this thread especially a newbie like me to be aware that there are several quality companies out there and to check all out thoroughly. You will get good and bad reviews depending on that individuals experience so read a lot and often for majority and then check it out yourself thoroughly.

I just wanted to give my input and opinion because I am new and always a little wary when i see such a lengthy reviews dominating praise over one company. From my mere two weeks of constant reading and research I feel there are more than a several quality companies and individuals out there.

I can assure you that my "lengthy review dominating praise" is due to having a genuinely amazing experience with awesomevapor. I don't work for them or get anything for saying great things about them. I've never even met Arno or anyone who works with him in person. I don't imagine I ever will.

It's okay. I'm a skeptical person by nature also. That is why most of the sites I went though while I was researching back at the end of December/beginning of January didn't seem trustworthy to me. I'm a fan of saying what you mean and meaning what you say.

To clarify a few things:
I said that awesomevapor had the best prices for the quality product and service they provide. I also said how I determined that quality. "based on website, reviews, customer service responses and good old-fashioned gut" I tried to be as clear as I could be about how I came to my conclusions, that way everyone could see my process and decide for themselves how reliable they thought it was.

This process has worked very well for me as I have continued to purchase through awesomevapor and have continued to have amazing experiences with them. They even usually mail orders out the same day you place them so there's no real 'processing time' that other companies have! That was a big selling point with me. I couldn't have known that before I chose them the first time, but it adds to the many reasons I continue to buy from them.

At awesomevapor on the front page it says, "If you are not happy with your e-cig for any reason, return the product within 14 days of receiving it for an immediate refund." His product disclaimer says, "We are not liable for any malfunctions of this product or any product we sell. Purchase at your own risk." This 'use at your own risk' statement doesn't mean that he won't provide support or financial reimbursement if you are unhappy with the product you purchase, just that the company is not liable if you hurt yourself with it.
