Well I ordered some kanthal ribbon from Temco a while back, and when it wasn't getting here I emailed them. Drew there at Temco wrote me back, told me quite honestly he could not find the tracking number for it, and rushed my order out to me double quick. It will be here Monday.

In contrast, I ordered a mech from
VaporBreak back on Sept. 2nd, still cannot track it, and they do not respond to emails at all. I can only hope it gets here. I won't order from them again. I can understand that things go wrong sometimes, but if I can't even get an answer from the vendor or any information about my order I don't want to deal with them.
