Once again my beloved vapemail has had issues with the USPS. Tracking shows my new Kanger ProTank and other stuff was delivered, but it wasn't in my mailbox. :-(
Submitted a trouble ticket for help to GotVapes, and within a couple hours Woody55 got back to me with help. Know that this was at midnight on a Saturday! These guys work military hours!
Woody55 helped me before, and he has my back again.
Thanks Gotvapes! This is why I'll keep sending you my Vapemoney.

Same thing happened to me earlier this week with another company that I had ordered some juice from
Their response was "it was properly sent out and addressed by us so it's your problem if you didn't get it".

I called my local post office and sweet talked them into checking it out, and they did find it and delivered it to me, but I was put off with that other company's snippy attitude. Every time there has been a problem or I've had a question, GV has always gone the extra mile to help me out.

When GV starts selling French Vanilla Coffee juice (hint hint Bad) then I'll be done with that other vendor.
