is it normal for kbv not to reply to messages sent from their contact form?
It's been more than two days since I sent one.

Maybe it's a just a buggy form, right?

The owner was on here a couple of days ago stating he was having medical issues and he is a few days behind on responding to messages. Customer service is normally top notched.
