Our turn around time for responses to emails are usually pretty quick.
unfortunately, there is no number. email responses are very quick, however. everything is done in a timely manner at provape. when my provari suddenly wouldn't fire, i emailed provape on the website. then i contacted monsterkenny here on ecf. both of my emails were answered within a few hours. i sent my device in for repair and had it back in my hands in less than a week! and as a matter of fact, according to the tracking numbers and dates, my device was repaired and sent back to me on the same day. awesome company! awesome vaporizer! awesome customer service!!!
