I'm really sorry about the slow shipping times on Units. It's something we are aware of here and are going to work hard to remedy this in the new year. One part of the solution is our new machine, which will greatly increase quality control and eliminate scratch and nicked units which we spend a great deal of time sanding out. Second part is getting more help with the prep/finish phase.
I'm heading into work now to send out the last 4 preciseplus orders I have pending and now all of our attention is on the Shockwave units being completed.
