I'M RIGHT HERE
so i place a small flavored juice order, a very small 25 dollar order, i get a phone call 10 minutes later. sorry we are out of your flavor for a couple days. now thats what i call customer service. we talked and made some arrangements, i am very happy.

I want to take this oppertunity to welcome Pat to our myfreedomsmokes family. She is the one who made the call, i asked if Chris was around so i could figure out what flavor i wanted . She put him right on the phone.

I am very happy to see Chris has some help in his business. i was afraid Chris was working to hard. I am glad you are there to help him Pat.

Chris is just great to deal with!

I ordered a 6 pack/20ml sample pack a couple weeks ago, but didn't like ANY of the flavors (I loved most of the flavors in my first sample pack). Well, I told Chris about not liking the new flavors, he said "Ship 'em back and let me know what you'd like to replace them with!". What a guy!
