what kills me about japan is, they have an issue with people ordering stuff directly from china (possibly bootlegged items, but some are really authentic products) or even from the states ( why do you need so many tanks you silly ex-smoker? we will let you keep 2) but yet they let shops like Daiso,Seria and the multitude of Y100 shops or online shops on amazon.jp or rakuten that sell CLEARLY counterfeit items, because they can collect the sales tax from the purchases. ok, disdain for japan turned back on for the day...haha:glare:

Has anyone ordered from Fasttech recently? This is an order that I made on the 23rd of October. I paid for Global Express. All items showed availability to ship the next day. More than two weeks later they ship..... Now it has been sent back to sender.
There were two eGo batteries and a lot of other stuff in the order.

i never use the global express anymore from them. its expensive, and they ship it via HK post which automatically sets japans customs agents on red alert. now, granted that not all packages coming out of HK are bootleg, a lot of the heartache comes from japans racism when it comes to china, but there are a metric buttload of packages from there trying to make their way into the country loaded with bootlegged goods and drugs, and japan prbably has had enough, and rejects all of them...i have never had a HK post package make it to me. open a ticket on FT and tell them to reship it via singapore post (free) and refund you the shipping cost for the express. BTW, it takes the same exact amount of time to get to japan wether you choose express or free...

FT may have good prices, but the wait just isnt worth it to me anymore. ill go ahead and pay a few extra dollars from a vender i know will ship promptly. i've pretty much come to the conclusion that i am done with buying directly from china (as much as i can help it anyway) im aware that all of the vape stuff comes from there, but i would rather deal with a stateside vendor and pay whatever their markup is and get it within a reasonable time. its completely ridiculous that it would take a package a month to reach japan from china. i have place quite a few orders with them, and every single one has had "some" type of issue with it...done with them.

Yes... But I didn't realise that Global Express has anything to do with Hong Kong Post. Actually I thought it was EMS. Anyway, it didn't even leave Hong Kong!

Back to faithful, reliable and trusty Health Cabin for me from now on.

Yes, me too. The eVod heads months ago, were so awful that I couldn't use them, (they leaked and tasted like burn tarmac) and the eRoll heads broke my eRoll battery in minutes. Both were fakes which I didn't realise until too late.

I decided not to order from them again, but then I really wanted that gold engraved statue of Liberty eGo and the flashy rhinestone encrusted pink eGo..... and the gold Protank Mini clone :p.

i got some from MBV and they tasted exactly he same. thought it was a crap design. mine were the T3S conversion coils and base.even tried rebuilding them and they still tasted like the inside of what i imagine a rotten foot would taste like.

Aghhhh, well thanks for sharing that lol.

I wouldn't really mind normally. I am not an impatient person. But.... I am going away for a few months and made it clear to them that I needed my stuff pronto! What I'm upset about is the fact that they never posted my stuff for more than two weeks, even though I sent messages on their ticketing system. Ah well, live and learn. Now I just want a refund.

I'm a bit concerned. I have two parcels sitting at customs for several days. One is ecig related and from the UK and one is an unlocked iPhone 5s from the US. I have never had a single problem before - with anything.... sigh.

Where did you order your pipe from Mike? Give me your tracking number and I'll check.

For some reason, the customs office doesn't understand. I tried to send my brother who is an electronics geek an old iPhone. First it was the battery can't be shipped by air, returned. Then I tried by ship, returned. Then I took the battery out and left it in two halves and they still said batteries can not be shipped. I tried to tell them, even show them, there was no battery and they still wouldn't ship it. It just never passed the "x-ray" or something or other. I gave up after that. A friend went to Hawaii and shipped the phone from there to my brother in California with no problem.
They are crazy sometimes.
