Cutting 36mg

New to any type of DIY liquid
I vape medium about 12mg

So after reading through the forum I thought I would order 24mg as its the same price and mix it with 50% glycerin which would give me 12mg juice?

Is it that straight forward?

Do I just buy regular glycerin from the baking section at the supermarket?

Yes. Cut 24mg by 50% of other (non-nicotine) liquids would provide a 12mg strength. Diluting a full strength liquid will also cut the flavor by 50%. Experiment with taste with a small quantity before committing your entire bottle(s) of 24mg to a specific dilution.
