So guys its been just over two years of smoke free but the last week has brought me a new job ( which is far more formal then my previous job) so I have decided to quit vaping as I can't exactly use my ecigs at work like I used to and in all honesty that's where I spent 80 percent of my vaping time so provaris have been sold as motivation for the quit all I've got left is my bask up twist so was wondering if anyone has advice on how to quit vaping and nicotine for good I've limited myself to 2ml a day down from roughly 5 meaning my last bottle of liquid will last about two weeks just enough time to work my notice and get into my new job without jonesing for a vape every half hour

Deffionatly my mind more then craving although I do get cravings for a ciggarette / vape I'm genrally ok it's when I know I can't have one for example give me a ecig or a pack of ciggaretes in my pocket with the jnowledge I can have one whenever I like I'm fine for hours second I used to say right no more cigarettes and I consciously knew I could not have another one I'd be clawing at walls I know I'm not on my own with this most smokers I have spoke to have said roughly the same thing

I can't vape openly at work but find all sorts of opportunities to sneak a drag or 2. Men's room is always good - so are empty hallways, stepping outside to make a call, driving to/from lunch, in the stairwell, etc.

You might also want to change flavors if you're using tobacco flavored juice - I find mint and unflavored to be pretty stealthy. Use extra high mg, too - so you can get your fix quickly.

If you do quit altogether, I have found commit lozenges work pretty well after an initial adjustment period.

I'd go zero nic in this case, and use it as much as you can. Fill in with your nic vape when the jones becomes severe. You should find that the jones is less severe after a few days, and you don't need the nic so much.

Alternately, if your new job allows smokers (some do not), you can simply cut down your nic and join them. Or, like others said, develop a minor bladder issue that requires you pee every hour or so. :)

If you want to use up your current flavors of juice, couldn't you just add 0 nic in the same flavor to them and keep adding more and more until your level dropped to 0? That's how I would do it. Then once I was at 0 nic, I would keep my PV to enjoy an occasional vape in the evenings without worrying about being addicted to the nic. But that's just me.
