I have several partial bottles of juice, ranging from 11-24MG, mostly vanilla flavored, and I've gone to zero nic(Marl) a month back and an running out. I want to simply mix down the 11,18, and 24 juices to get near zero and still maintain some taste. This is most likely elementary to mixers here, thanks.

BTW I have one 30ml bottle of pure PG, so would it be better to cut the 11mg liquid first before buying more PG?

That would be almost impossible to do and still maintain flavor unless you added more flavor in. The more PG you add to the ejuice the lower the nic% will be and at the same time the less amount of flavoring.
Example:
To get to 1mg of nicotine you would have to add 430ml of plain PG to 21ml of 24mg nic juice. But doing this you will not be able to taste the original nic juice as it will be far to diluted.
What are the ml amounts of each strength juice?

24mg = ??ml flavor?
18mg = ??ml flavor?
11mg = ??ml flavor?

And flavors...
