I hit mine w/a 1/16" drill as soon as I got it. That size always seems to work for me, but I haven't ventured into dual coils.

if you want a super vape on the cyclone, do a dual coil on a single wrap. If you do about 12 wraps of 30g kanthal on a 3/16 drill bit, then wrap a second coil between the coils of the first, you'll have a single-dual coil that is incredible.

Dang reading about this coil stuff has me ready to try the micro coils.... again. I liked them don't get me wrong I just didn't see all that much difference from my standard coils. And much more time consuming. I was doing 8 to 10 wraps of 32 awg getting around 1.9 ohms.

Ya I tried micro coils too and didn't really see a huge difference either. I decided it was not worth the extra effort.. Might have to try again some time though.

I actually find micro's just as easy if not easier to spin. no need to worry about spacing, etc. Just pinch it tight, bang in a piece of cotton and vape away.

Best flavor/vapor of all drippers. Better than some gennies too. Easy to work in small space. Using 5/6 32gaK wrapped close with nextel xc-1/16(small size). I found F/V improved if the coil was "slanted" to positive post, creates better airflow....this could be in my head.
The slant just keeps the coil from flooding.

To the OP. Nice buy ! Any RDA from the Philippines is a well built product. I own a Trident, Magno, Phoenix, and a Nimbus. I missed the first round of the Helios shipment. I'll be stalking the second round. Enjoy that little gem man.

I had used 30 I relieve..

Ya I wrapped a few last night and today just to see. Using unbleached cotton as the wick and did 32 and 28 ga set ups. I think I do get a bit more vapor. The 28ga for sure but it was closest to 1 ohm so i had to use it on a mod. I don't notice much difference in flavors though. Sweets or tobaccos. So ya I'm still on the fence about these. They're fine but I'm just as happy with my Joe avg coils. Been vaping those for over a year so maybe that's just what I'm most used to.

Would you mind sharing your thoughts about that Immo of yours? It's been an instant hit here locally and it got me wanting to buy one.
The Immo kicks some major bootie and I love it! It's probably my favorite RDA!

I like the new posts on the Immo and it makes for a slightly easier build when compared to the Cyclone. If you like the tight draw on the Cyclone then the Immo will be about the same.

I use the Cyclone on my 16mm mod and the Immo on my 22mm mod.

They both rock but I like the Immo a little better.. If you have a smaller diameter mod then the Cyclone is the way to go.. If you have a larger diameter mod then go with the Immo..

Heres my 28 ga kanthal coil. Maybe you guys that've put more time into micro coils can point out anything I'm doing wrong. This one was 1.5 ohm exactly. Like before it's good. Not a bad vape at all. A bit more vapor than my normal coil but that's about the only real difference I notice. Hitting this one at 3.7v.
