Cylinder Shape VV/VW mod that uses the SX350 chip?

Does anyone know of a cylinder shaped (not box mod) VV/VW mod that uses the sx350 chip? Does something like this exist?

You could buy 20/25/40/55w custom PCB from alibaba, fit in box/tube mod, just google it
